Tickets
Caposile Festival tickets are sold exclusively through the official channel, TicketSMS. We advise against buying from unauthorised sites, platforms or resellers.
TicketSMS supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Satispay, Apple Pay and Carta della Cultura, along with any other methods offered at checkout.
There is no official festival resale platform. The organisers cannot guarantee the validity of tickets bought through unauthorised channels.
Access
You must be 18 or over to enter Caposile Festival.
No. Once you leave the festival area you cannot come back in.
Travel
Gallerie Mercatali, Viale del Lavoro 11, Verona — the Veronafiere district. By car: Verona Sud exit on the A4. By train: Verona Porta Nuova station, with bus and taxi links to the fair district. By air: Verona Valerio Catullo airport.
Venue
Friday 6 November: 22:00 – 04:00. Saturday 7 November: 16:00 – 04:00. Sunday 8 November: 12:00 – 00:00.
Services
Food & Beverage payments run on a cashless system linked to an RFID/NFC wristband. Download the official app to register, link your wristband and manage your balance.
Allowed items
Power banks and charging cables, headphones, liquid creams in plastic containers up to 100 ml (no sprays), face powder, make-up and lipstick, e-cigarettes and liquids up to 50 ml, matches, folding umbrellas up to 45 cm without a point, prescription medicines, national flags.
Prohibited items
Blunt objects, glass and cans, flammable objects, lighters, outside food and drink, narcotics, sprays, explosive or pyrotechnic material, pointed umbrellas, weapons, selfie sticks, professional cameras and camcorders, flags with political symbols.
